The Lakeside Terrace Townhouse Association, Inc. (LTTA) is composed of 76 townhouses in 19 buildings located off Bogard Road onto N. Peck St., Seneca Ave., N. Yakima St. and Lakeshore Dr.  The Townhouses are individually owned and are represented by the Executive Board, elected by the Home Owners.  Homeowner monthly dues are $150.00 for 2011. The Executive Board meets most months on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30PM.  The meeting is held at the Property Manager’s office.

The Amendment and Restatement of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) for Lakeside Terrace Townhouses is recorded in Book  0789 page 208 in the Palmer Recording District.  The Platt is P.U.D. 1570 is located  in the Matanuska Susitna Borough Bldg.

Text Box: Fall Maintenance Reminder It's not too early to be thinking and planning your list of things to get done.  Like having a check-up on the condition of your furnace and replacing the old furnace filter with a new one, getting your fire extinguishers filled or replacing them with new ones, replacing the batteries in your smoke alarms and in your carbon monoxide monitors, scheduling your fireplace chimney cleaning.
