Why an Architectural Committee?

 

Article II of the Covenant Violations and Remedies, Section 3 -Architectural Control states: “The Executive Board shall establish a standing Architectural control Committee”… (See Bylaws page 17 and page 21 )

Please remember that any architectural changes may need to be approved by the Architecture Committee of the Board.  If you plan add a deck, fence or have questions please contact the Architecture Committee through the Property Manager.  A form (see below) to submit approved changes is shown below.  It can be copied/printed and delivered to the Property Manager via the drop box provided by the Property Manager, mailed or faxed.  Contact Information is on the “Contact Us” page (see side bar).
